Returns & Refunds

Your orders are made on demand, they are one of one. By not mass producing, we do our part in reducing emissions that occur during production and shipping of orders. 

We do not offer buyers remorse. We have a 30-day refund/return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to make a request on the same. Refunds/returns are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items

To be eligible for a refund/return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If any of these apply, please contact us with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you. 

To start a refund/return, you can contact us at Customercare@zanzewrld.com. If your claim is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a refund/return will not be accepted. If your claim for a refund is accepted, we'll refund you within 7 business days.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
